Hi! Wow, you guys are machines! Well done everyone on crazy workouts! :-)
Some of the girls have been getting together once or twice a week to do the bay run (7km) for a few months now. We started walking and running, and have progressed now to running most of it. We mix it up by doing sprints in between and continue setting goals to improve our pace and time. We finish it off with 2 x 50 of each of the following: sit ups, push ups, dips, lunges and squats.
From here we aim to continue building on our fitness, improving our strength and weight. On monday I attempted to change it a little by riding my bike there and back! It was ouch!
I must say, City Dragons support and committment is truly invaluable and it makes training hard so much easier and enjoyable!
